Need a standard or custom GNSS antenna for an OEM project, system integration or distributor order? Shanghai Yanchuan supports antenna selection, custom development and batch supply. Use this checklist to turn an application requirement into a clear quotation request.
Start with the receiver and installation
“Multi-constellation” alone does not define the required frequency bands. Share the receiver model and signals it needs. The antenna, RF connection and installation should be considered together; a higher quoted gain alone does not establish compatibility.
- Receiver and bands: receiver model, required constellations and frequency bands, and whether an active or passive antenna is required.
- RF connection: connector, cable type and length; for an active antenna, available supply voltage and current budget.
- Mechanical fit: size limits, housing, mounting method, mounting surface and available ground plane.
- Operating conditions: installation orientation, nearby electronics or radios, temperature, weather exposure and required protection level.
Define the supply requirement
- Describe the application and whether you need an existing model, a cable or mounting change, or a new design.
- State sample quantity, expected batch quantity, delivery country and target delivery date.
- Include drawings or a receiver datasheet, if available, and the performance tests required for acceptance.
- For an anti-jamming project, describe the receiver interface and required configuration. Array size and performance are confirmed for the individual project, not assumed from a generic product description.
From requirements to batch supply
- Requirements review: agree the electrical, mechanical and commercial scope.
- Sample evaluation: confirm the proposed configuration and evaluate it with the intended receiver and installation.
- Batch quotation: agree the final specification, quantity, acceptance criteria and delivery schedule.
Typical antenna MOQ: 1 unit. Typical sampling lead time: approximately 2 weeks; batch delivery: approximately 4 weeks. Timing depends on the agreed configuration and order confirmation; these are not guaranteed lead times for every new design.
