6415A is a modular optical time domain reflectometer for integration into fibre-cable monitoring systems. It measures fibre length, transmission and splice losses, and locates link events and faults. The aluminium-alloy module provides Ethernet, RS232 and FC/UPC interfaces with control functions and a dynamic-link library for integration. An optional adapter-board assembly supports standalone module operation.
