Request a quoteThe 6371A uses Fizeau interferometry and a solid-state optical unit with no moving parts to measure wavelengths from 1250 to 1650 nm. Wavelength accuracy is ±0.7 ppm and maximum measurement rate is 1 kHz. External triggering and wavelength-drift measurement support testing of lasers, optical transceivers and photonic chips, and calibration of iTLA, DFB and tunable lasers.
