The 3657 series vector network analyzers measure S-parameter magnitude, phase and group delay of filters, amplifiers, antennas and cables for wireless communications, automotive electronics, R&D and production testing. Choose a 5U desktop, 2U rackmount or USB/Thunderbolt form factor. Standard frequency coverage starts at 100 kHz, with model-specific upper limits of 4.5, 9, 14, 20 or 26.5 GHz. Other information
- Choose the frequency range, ports and display configuration for the specific model. 3657A/B/AM/BM may use two-port -221 or four-port -421 to extend the lower limit to 9 kHz; -421 requires -400.
- The performance table groups model families by frequency segments. Segments above the selected model's upper limit do not apply. For example, 3657A ends at 4.5 GHz, so the 6–9 GHz segment does not apply.
- The highest dynamic-range figure is specified at IFBW=10 Hz. Trace noise uses IFBW=100 Hz (9 kHz–10 MHz) and IFBW=1 kHz (10 MHz–26.5 GHz).
- Nominal dimensions exclude handles, feet, rear supports, wheels, keys, straps, plugs, screws, grounding posts, interfaces and local protrusions. Dimensions are width×height×depth.
- USB models require a compatible Thunderbolt computer. Displays, computers, calibration kits, cables and software extensions are supplied only as specified in the options and order, not automatically because they appear in a picture.
- Calibration-kit and cable frequency ratings do not change the instrument's range. Region, availability, delivery and conditions of calibration and extended-warranty services are confirmed in the quotation and order.
