Product overview
The 3656D covers 300 kHz–20 GHz with two ports as standard and an optional four-port configuration. It measures RF S-parameters, magnitude, phase and group delay of filters, amplifiers, antennas and cables, with time-domain analysis, error correction, fixture simulation and multi-channel display.

Configuration and ordering notes
- Two ports are standard. Four ports, English panels and English OS depend on selected options. The image shows a four-port example; delivery is defined by the quotation and order.
- System dynamic range is specified at 10 Hz IF bandwidth. Select values for the correct port configuration and frequency band.
- Calibration kits may cover frequencies above the instrument limit, but do not extend the 3656D operating range beyond 20 GHz.
- Calibration kits, test cables, detailed printed manuals, rack kit, transport case, calibration and warranty services are selected options, not all included as standard.
- Confirm power configuration, OS compatibility, software interfaces and regional service when requesting a quote. Warranty extensions exclude metrological calibration; duration and shipping responsibilities are defined in the quotation and order.
