364X S-parameter modules extend vector network analysis into millimeter-wave and terahertz bands. Thirteen band-specific models cover separate ranges within 40–1100 GHz for amplitude, phase and group-delay tests of couplers, filters, dividers, mixers and amplifiers. A compatible VNA and extension configuration are required.
364X module appearance example; waveguide interface and configuration may vary with the selected frequency model.

Additional information
- Frequency range and performance depend on the selected module. The 40–1100 GHz series coverage consists of separate bands, not continuous coverage by one module. Dynamic range, transmission tracking and reflection tracking are specified at IFBW 10 Hz.
- A compatible VNA, extension-control configuration, cables and calibration kits are needed; the module is not a standalone analyzer. The main photo shows only the module, not a host instrument.
- Quantities are references for a two-module measurement system. Modules for every band are not all included. Selected modules, host, options, accessories and final quantities are defined by the quotation and order.
- Calibration-kit extension frequencies do not extend the module operating band. Confirm the 140 GHz extension configuration for 20301. Provide the required band, waveguide interface, existing host and quantity for selection and quotation.
