Price on request
Request a quoteThe 1661X noise-source family provides noise-power standards for noise-figure measurements. The 16613 uses standard +28 V drive, the 16614 uses I²C and the 16615 uses USB. There are 22 selectable configurations, with frequency, ENR and connectors defined by model. The 110 GHz range belongs only to the 16613P. The 16614/16615 provide electronic ENR storage and temperature sensing.
The image illustrates different models in the 16613/16614/16615 family, not a supplied bundle. Model, connectors and accessories are defined in the quotation.

Selection and supply
- M means male and F means female. The BNC drive connection is not the RF output connector; appearance alone does not establish compatibility.
- Models in the same band may have different ENR ranges. Select for DUT gain/noise figure and host requirements. ENR is not a signal-output power or gain rating.
- With a compatible host and interface, the 16614/16615 support automatic ENR loading and ambient-temperature sensing for correction. The 16615 supports USB-TMC; confirm software and instrument compatibility for Windows/Linux use.
- The 16613 +28 V drive specification does not apply to all series. Do not apply external 28 V to the I²C or USB interface.
- Each row is a selectable model, not a standard package of 22 sources. The family photograph is an appearance reference only.
- Calibration services are optional. Request unlisted model services and report requirements instead of substituting another model service code.
Provide measurement host, DUT band and gain/noise-figure range, ENR, drive interface, connector, report requirements and quantity. Confirm compatibility, options and supplied items before quotation. The photograph does not replace model specifications.
