YC-TI-MUL-0001 | Ceyear 1400 Series Millimeter-Wave Frequency Multiplier Module
Price on request
Request a quoteThe 1400 series extends compatible analog signal generators to model-specific bands across 60–500 GHz for millimeter-wave and terahertz testing. It supports open-loop and levelled-power output, with frequency and power control through a compatible generator and USB connection.
The image shows a 1400Q (110–170 GHz) as a 1400 series appearance reference. Band, waveguide and supplied configuration are defined by the model table and quotation.

Usage and ordering
- 60–500 GHz is the series coverage, not the continuous bandwidth of one module. Select 1400N/P/Q/R/SA/S/T for the required band.
- The catalog pairing example uses a 1466 series analog signal generator. Check drive frequency, control compatibility and waveguide connections before use.
- In-band spurious specifications for 1400N/P/Q are ≤−40/−40/−35 dBc, respectively, at +10 dBm levelled output. The −20 dBc value for 1400R/SA/S/T is typical, not a guaranteed limit.
- Levelled-power accuracy depends on model and output power interval. No single accuracy is applied across the series. Enclosure dimensions depend on the selected configuration.
