6956 Series Vector Network Analyzer
The 6956B/D/E/G/H/K Vector Network Analyzer is a standard PXIe bus modular product with a maximum frequency of 60 GHz. The module supports multi-port expansion, with up to 32 ports, making it ideal for S-parameter testing of multi-port devices, high-speed cables, and other components, significantly improving testing efficiency. In addition, the module features flexible configurability, and can be used in test fields such as semiconductor chips, microwave sub-components, TR modules, and antenna systems; it can also be combined with other PXIe modules to build a portable integrated test system, suitable for radar and other electronic equipment testing fields.
